Paused.club is creating a new kind of quiet, nature-led residence communities, beginning at Hampshire Hills near Winchester. A private countryside setting shaped around views, wildlife, dark skies, design-led luxury holiday homes and protected peace, within easy reach of London, yet far enough to feel like a proper escape.

Our first Paused.club community is taking shape at Hampshire Hills, a quiet gated countryside setting near Alresford and Winchester. Set within a nature-rich Hampshire landscape, Hampshire Hills offers panoramic views, wildlife, dark skies, countryside walks, heritage villages and easy access from London. This is a limited ownership opportunity for people who value quiet, privacy, thoughtful design and time spent well.

Design-led luxury holiday homes, shaped by the landscape

The first ownership opportunities at Hampshire Hills will centre around design-led holiday homes and plot-and-plan opportunities, giving owners the chance to create a personal countryside residence that feels considered, comfortable and their own. Holiday homes are expected to offer one, two and three bedrooms, with interiors that can be individually styled and selected by owners. Ownership details are being finalised. Priority list members will be the first to receive updates, viewing invitations and holiday home availability.

Before becoming the founding Paused.club location, Hampshire Hills had already become known for the qualities Paused.club now stands for: peace, nature, space, wildlife and beautifully kept surroundings. The next chapter builds on that feeling – with a more refined, design-led ownership experience for those who want their own place to pause.
