Park Overview

SHORT STAY BOOKINGS


  • 2026 season dates are 27th March to 26th October 2026 inclusive
  • Luxury Glamping Retreats
  • Camping & Touring pitches (electric & non-electric)
  • Check in days are Monday to Saturday inclusive
  • Check-in windows are:-
  • 4pm to 6pm daily (glamping units)
  • 1pm to 6pm daily (camping & touring pitches)
  • Depart by:-
  • 10am (glamping units)
  • 11am (camping & touring pitches)
  • Minimum 2 night stays
  • No same day arrivals permitted (minimum booking notice required is 1 day prior to arrival date)

HOLIDAY HOME OWNERSHIP


  • Full 12 month season
  • Owners can opt to include their Holiday Home in the Park’s managed sub-letting scheme (with all bookings powered by Hoseasons under their ‘Bouja’ brand)

SEASONAL (12 MONTH) PITCHES


  • Full 12 month season
  • Also available as part-year Seasonal Pitches (eg. summer and/or winter months)
  • Suitable for touring caravans, motorhomes, 5th Wheel caravans, camper vans, trailer tents & similar

KEY PARK RULES


  • Adults only permitted to book & stay
  • No dogs (nor any pets) permitted on to our site
  • Quiet hours: No nighttime noise from 10pm to 7am
  • Outside of these ‘Quiet hours’ we ask that all guests refrain from playing loud music and be respectful of all other guests and our neighbours
  • Maximum of 4 adults per Camping & Touring Pitch and for our 2 bed Luxury Glamping Retreats
  • Maximum of 2 adults for our 1 bed Luxury Glamping Retreats
  • No visitors: access is only permitted for guests who have booked & paid to stay
  • No group bookings permitted
  • No fire pits/open fires are permitted on the camping & touring pitches
  • There may be periods of high fire risk (typically during the summer) when all BBQs and any type of outside cooking equipment is banned
  • 5mph speed limit throughout the site
  • Drones are not permitted to be flown over or operated from any part of our site
  • Electric Vehicle Charging – this is strictly forbidden anywhere on our park

FACILITIES & SECURITY


  • WiFi: Our site's WiFi is powered by ThreeMobile and reaches most areas of our site as a 4G connection. Average rural 4G download speeds typically range between 10-30 Mbps whilst average rural 4G uploads speeds are generally lower, averaging around 5-20Mbps. Some guests achieve faster connectivity by using their phone as their own Wifi hotspot - with 4G access possible via all the main mobile network operators (EE, Vodafone, O2 & Three)
  • We have CCTV cameras monitoring the car park
  • We are a secure park with gated entrance and perimeter fencing. For the benefit of all guest's security, please ensure the gates to our park are always closed after entry/exit

COUNTRYSIDE CODE


  • Leave gates as you find them, closing a gate if found closed
  • Keep to public footpaths/the paths & do not walk across crops (this includes long grass) or pick wildflower
  • Leave no trace on the land. We provide a variety of bins in your accommodation and at the car park
  • Around our park, please do not walk into any of the wild grass areas as there are animals, birds & creatures living there. Please also be very careful when walking on the park’s grassed areas as the wildlife can often make holes/burrows
