OVERVIEW OF OUR PARK:


  • Booking Calendar now open for the 2025 season (16th April to 30th September inclusive)
  • 15 XL Grass Pitches with 10A EHU
  • Check in days are Monday to Friday inclusive
  • Check-in window is 1pm to 6pm daily
  • Depart by 11am
  • Minimum 2 night stays
  • No same day arrivals permitted (minimum booking notice required is 1 day prior to arrival date)
  • Book your pitch at time of booking (see site plan to decide on your pitch)
  • Pitches from £35/night (inclusive of EHU electric use, 2 adults, 1 car and use of the guest toilet/shower/kitchen block)
  • Maximum 2 cars per pitch (to be parked on pitch)
  • Only one sleeping unit permitted per pitch
  • Full payment required at time of booking
  • All bookings must be made online (book here)
  • Nb. Glamping units not yet available to be booked

PARK RULES:


  • Quiet hours: We all need some quiet time to rest and so we have a NO NOISE policy from 10pm to 7am
  • Outside of these ‘Quiet hours’ we ask that all guests refrain from playing loud music and be respectful of all other guests and our neighbours
  • Our park is exclusively for adults only (& maximum of 4 adults per pitch)
  • No dogs (nor any pets) permitted on to our site
  • No group bookings are permitted
  • No visitors are permitted to enter our gated park - access is only permitted for guests who have booked & paid to stay
  • No fire pits/open fires are permitted
  • There may be periods of high fire risk (typically during the summer) when all BBQs and any type of outside cooking equipment is banned
  • There is a 5mph speed limit throughout the site
  • Drones are not permitted to be flown over or operated from any part of our site
  • Electric Vehicle Charging – this is strictly forbidden anywhere on our park

  • Glamping units not yet available to be booked
  • Some works to the warden’s accommodation are due to be undertaken in the first half of 2025 – so some building works noise is to be expected

Pitches from £35/night (inclusive of EHU electric use, 2 adults, 1 car and use of the guest toilet/shower/kitchen block)


Maximum occupancy per pitch booking:

  • 1 sleeping unit per pitch
  • maximum 4 adults per pitch
  • maximum 2 cars per pitch (parked on your pitch)
  • maximum 1 gazebo, awning or pup tent per pitch (these are not to be used for sleeping in)

*Nb. Gazebos (non-sided only), Awnings / pup tent (breathable ground sheet only & to be regularly moved to protect our grass for the next guests please)


Bookable extras per pitch:

  • £10 per pitch per night for each extra adult guest (i.e. £10pn each for adult 3 & adult 4 – maximum of 4 adults/pitch)
  • £10 per pitch per night for an extra car (maximum of 1 car extra can be added per pitch)

*Nb. as an eco-friendly site, we try to discourage more than 1 car per booking

  • a ‘unit’ is a Tent, Trailer Tent, Camper Van, Touring Caravan, Motorhome or similar
  • Gazebos/awnings/pup tents - only permitted for non-sleeping purposes
  • All our pitches are XL grass (15m depth x 9m width / 50ft depth x 30ft width) and each with 10A electric hook ups
  • Everything you plan on bringing/pitching must fit on your booked pitch including your (maximum of) 2 cars

'Lazy Days' comprising c. 30m2 of accommodation under roof and is equipped with a king-sized bed, ensuite shower room with toilet & hand basin, smart TV, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen including a small electric oven with twin hobs, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle with milk, tea, coffee & sugar sachets, wood burner, electric heater, heated towel rail, electric fan, fairy lights, large enclosed veranda, own patio & lawn, Bistro table & chairs, BBQ stand & sun loungers.

The Booking price includes bed linen, shower towels & kitchen towels and first night's allowance of wood for the wood burner with matches & firelighters.


You will need to bring your own disposable BBQ packs for the BBQ stands and also firewood for wood-burners above the first night’s allowance of wood. We ask our guests to leave the Tiny Homes as they found it on arrival.
