Seasonal (12 mouth) Pitches
Seasonal Pitches (full & part year) - Launching 2026.
Our seasonal pitches allow touring caravans to be sited on one of our pitches on a long term basis.
Each seasonal pitch will have use of our heated toilet/shower/kitchen block, drinking water tap, black & grey waste disposal point, rubbish & recycling disposal along with 10A EHU.
The 10A EHUs will be metered with electricity usage charged at cost (currently c. 27p / kWh).
It is envisaged that terms & conditions for our seasonal pitches will include:-
- No awnings to be left up during the winter
- adults-only and no dogs nor pets permitted
- touring caravans only with these to remain sited on the pitch and car parked in our car park
If you are able to offer some assistance around our site (eg. block cleaning & checking), then we may be able to vary some of the above and offer personalised seasonal pitch agreement(s).
